Dal 1' aprile 2018 affittto un'ampia (m.5x m. 3.5) e luminosa stanza singola ad una ragazza lavoratrice intorno ai 30 anni.

La stanza e' ammobiliata con letto doppio, un grande armadio, una cassettiera, scaffali per i libri, tavolo e sedie, una poltrona, un tavolino, ed ha il pavimento di parquet.

L'appartamento ha una grande anticamera, una cucina abitabile attrezzata, un bagno ed un'altra stanza singola, dove vive una ragazza italiana (vegan e mentalita' zero-waste), che parla inglese e spagnolo, di 33 anni, con il suo tenero gatto Felix.

L'appartamento si trova al 5' piano con ascensore in un condominio con servizio di portineria e video sorveglianza, parcheggio bici in cortile, situato in Citta' Studi, precisamente via Canaletto, una zona molto tranquilla e ben servita di negozi e supermercati e ben collegata ( bus 54-61-73-38-90-91-91,tram 5, MM 2 Piola e Lambrate, passante ferroviario Dateo).

L'affitto e' di 530 €/mese e comprende spese condominiali, riscaldamento, acqua, tasse. Sono escluse le spese di elettricita', gas, wi fi (Fastweb no limit), circa 40 €/mese.

Contratto minimo di 6 mesi.

Starting from 1st April 2018 a big (m. 5 x m. 3.5) and bright single room is available for renting to a working girl, around 30 years old.

The room is furnished with double bed, a big wardrobe, a chest drawer, shelves for books, a table with chairs, an armchair, a bedside table and has a wooden floor.

The flat consists of a large entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with table, bathroom and another single room where a working italian girl (vegan and zero-waste mentality), English and Spanish speaking, 33 years old, is living with her quirky cat Felix.

The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator in a building with concierge service, video surveillance, indoor bicycle parking, located in Città Studi, precisely via Canaletto, in a very quiet area with shops and supermarkets and well connected (public transport nearby bus 54-61-73-38-90-91-93, tram 5, MM 2 Piola o Lambrate, underground railway Dateo).

The rent is 530 €/month including heating, water, taxes.

Electricity, gas and wifi (Fastweb no limit) are not included (around 40 €/month).

Contract 6 months minimum.
